Abstrak

This study aims to determine the effect of price, product
quality, location, and facilities on customer satisfaction at
Pada Suka Coffee Shop. As for the problem of this research
"How big the influence of price, product quality, location, and
facilities on customer satisfaction at the Coffee Shop Pada
Suka Pangkalpinang". The method used in this research is a
quantitative method. The type of data used is primary data. The
sampling technique is purposive sampling. The analytical
method used was multiple linear regression analysis and
hypothesis testing with the T-test. The results showed that the
price, product quality, location, and facilities variables had a
positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at the
Pada Suka Coffee Shop.
