This considers points to decide the impact of utilizing e-learning and understudies fulfillment as directing factors on the learning results of understudies majoring in bookkeeping at the Workforce of Financial matters, Bangka Belitung College, amid the covid-19 pandemic. The information examination methods utilized in this think about were precise measurable examination and theory testing. The expressive factual investigation was conducted by depicting the information collected amid the pondering. Hypothesis testing is done by stating whether or not there is a relationship between the variables being tested. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that only the variable use of e-learning does not affect student learning outcomes. And student satisfaction cannot moderate the service of e-learning student learning outcomes. It should be emphasized that the learning outcomes used in the research use cognitive learning theory, where this learning theory is more concerned with the learning process as a result of the learning itself. This theory states that in the learning process, a person tends to the relationship between stimulus and response and how a person behaves in achieving his learning goals.
